At Out of the Box Physiotherapy we will work with you to develop solutions to your health and fitness problems. Our aim is not only to treat your injuries and pains, but to provide you with education and knowledge so that you leave our clinic feeling empowered and with an understanding on the things you can do to help manage your injury in the long term. This will allow us to improve the function and fitness of each of our clients, even if we have to think "Out of the Box" to do it. We want our patients to get better and we will provide the framework for this to occur. No one enjoys being injured so we want to take the time to discuss how you can avoid recurrence of your injuries. Knowledge is power and we are happy to pass this knowledge onto clients so that they can remain active and build stronger, healthier bodies. Our Physiotherapists also have exercise science degrees which means we are also able to guide you back to training and provide clinical advice on the most appropriate exercises for you.
